Product Overview
The Pneumag high-intensity magnetic separator is designed for pneumatic conveying lines to protect against ferrous and paramagnetic contamination.
The unit has a single- or double-row high-intensity magnetic cartridge, secured in its housing by clamp closures. The clamps ensure equal pressure around the unique metal-detectable silicone seal.
The Pneumag can be fitted to any lean- or dense-phase pneumatic conveyor and installed at any angle from vertical to horizontal. It is often fitted at tanker discharge points to inspect incoming materials.
All powders and dry granular materials can be processed through the unit. The Pneumag operates at line pressures of ±1 bar; units up to ±5 bar are available on request, with a maximum conveying speed of 35 m/s.
A lockable guard ensures that only authorised personnel can access the unit.
