The unit is designed to stop moving iron from damaging expensive processing machinery such as mixers, pellet presses, blenders and screw conveyors.
A high-intensity magnetic bullet element is mounted centrally in a stainless steel housing. Thanks to this design, product flow is not affected by the magnetic element.
The bullet element contains high-intensity rare-earth magnetic material that generates deep-reaching magnetic flux fields to capture contaminants, while the angled cone helps preserve product integrity and flow during processing.
All powders and dry granular materials can be processed through the unit. Safety sensors can be built into the magnet packs to stop the process if the unit is opened accidentally.
