Product Overview

The 1,200 mm PharmASep filter-dryer (PH46) processes batches of up to 25 kg of solids and also allows continuous processing in pilot plants and full production. For wet and dry processes, the sealed pressure-vessel design with a polished, crevice-free interior gives high product recovery while containing potent pharmaceuticals for safer handling. SWECO's patented Vibro-Dry technology allows vacuum drying inside the PharmASep while the product is gently swirled on the screen surface, speeding up drying and reducing agglomerates.
