SWECO PharmASep™ PH06 filter-dryers handle up to 0.65 kg of product in an aseptic environment. They are designed for laboratories and give the flexibility today's R&D needs.
They allow filtration, washing and vacuum drying in a single aseptic environment. SWECO's patented vibratory action separates liquids efficiently at extremely low differential pressures, then fluidises the bed for complete vacuum drying at very low vapour pressures.
The sanitary design allows full dismantling or cleaning in place, with sterilisation in place possible. The process chamber can be assembled and sterilised in an autoclave.
