Exheat FAW-C-750

EXHEAT FAW-C-750, with a power output of 750 Watts, is part of the FAW compact range of hazardous area air warmers, manufactured by EXHEAT. The electric heaters offer increased safety (Ex e), versatile and lightweight air heating solutions for small work, confined spaces and storage areas where space is limited in explosive atmosphere zones such as battery, paint/solvent stores, crane/forklift cabins, motor enclosures and aircraft hangars.

The FAW range is suitable for use with both 1 phase or 3 phase power supplies (3 or 4 wire) up to 660 volts – it is also possible to configure the air warmers for use with DC power supplies.

This range of electric heaters is certified for use in hazardous areas where the potentially explosive atmosphere is classified as a Zone 1 or Zone 2 (IIA, IIB, IIC) Gas Group.

Note: FAW heaters are designed to operate in potentially explosive atmospheres with ambient temperatures of up to +40°C (T3 & T4 rated units) and +60°C (T2 rated units) and the user must ensure that this temperature is not exceeded at any time.
