STAFI dust filters clean the exhaust air when silos are filled pneumatically with dry, powdery bulk materials, particularly in construction and the minerals industry. Their quality and strength are proven even in extreme conditions. Handling is simple and needs no specialist knowledge, and the CLIP-IN system makes filter changes quick and easy.
Filter bags are fitted from the inside. Raw gas flows into the bags, which are open at the bottom and closed at the top, and dust is separated from the carrier gas. Clean gas escapes between the filter shell and the protective hood. Bag fabrics are matched to different materials and can be chosen for the application.
The protective hood and three-part outer shell are made of galvanised steel sheet or stainless steel. The base and vibrating plate are plastic-coated. Options include a stainless steel base and antistatic filter bags.
