The MIXFI mixer filter provides direct dedusting of batch mixers, with particular attention to returning filter dust fully into the mixer. Made from high-quality materials with an optimal surface finish, it can be used in almost any sector. The MIXFI is mounted directly on an extraction duct, or via a transition piece directly above the mixer. With a dust-collection housing and side suction connection, it can be placed next to the mixer and connected with a suction hose.
The MIXFI range has a specific cleaning system: cartridge cleaning is reinforced by vacuum relief flaps, which can also admit extraneous air when the mixer is emptied. Flexible solenoid voltage means the MIXFI can be integrated with any type of mixer control. A special timer relay for cartridge cleaning is available as an option.
