The PNEUFIX filter dedusts continuous or batch pneumatic and mechanical filling or conveying systems in silos and hoppers. It stands out for its robustness and versatility.
Combined with an extraction fan, it can dedust belt conveyors, elevators and other dust-prone points.
Special versions are available: vacuum-tight, pressure-shock resistant, heated and insulated, and explosion-proof.
The PNEUFIX is controlled by a differential-pressure controller mounted directly on the filter, internally wired, with freely selectable interval times. Switch-on and switch-off points for cleaning cycles and post-cleaning can be set individually, keeping compressed-air use low. Cartridges can be checked and replaced without tools, and are cleaned by a fast-acting diaphragm valve, ensuring optimum filtration even during cleaning. The PNEUFIX, which includes a pressure-reducing valve, requires a site power supply (110/230 V AC) and clean, dry compressed air at 3–5 bar.
