Low-noise HVAC chilled-water pump to EN 733 / ISO 9908: 9–1080 m³/h, 13–56 m, -10 to +104 °C, ductile iron casing, bronze wear rings. For air conditioning.
A single-stage end-suction pump developed specifically for air-conditioning chilled-water and condenser-water circuits. A dedicated low-speed, low-noise motor keeps the plant room quiet, and the pump meets the efficiency requirements of modern HVAC designs.
The low-noise HVAC motor gives smooth running, and the mechanical seal is rated for more than 10,000 hours in normal service, leak-free under high system pressure. Flush ports on the pump cover clean the seal chamber and cool the seal faces.
Pump cover and impeller come out without disturbing the pipework. Only four shaft, bearing-bracket and coupling sizes are used across the range, which simplifies maintenance in large buildings with many pumps.
Ductile iron casing, cast iron impeller, bronze wear rings, stainless steel shaft and quality bearings as standard; 316 stainless casing and stainless or copper-alloy impellers on request.

The pump uses a dedicated low-speed HVAC motor; we provide noise data with the quotation.
Flow rate, head or vacuum level, the liquid or gas and its temperature, required materials, motor voltage and frequency, and any standard or ATEX zone. A data sheet or the nameplate of an existing pump is ideal.
