Product Overview

The in-line pump installs directly in the pipeline like a valve: suction and discharge are on the same axis, and pump and motor share one shaft, so there is no alignment work. It needs more than 50 % less floor space and is about 30 % lighter than a comparable end-suction pump.

Save space and installation cost

Because no baseplate, coupling or special adaptors are needed, purchase and installation costs are typically more than 30 % lower than for conventional single-stage pumps with the same performance. The pump can be installed vertically or horizontally.

Cold and hot water versions

The standard version handles clean water up to 80 °C. The hot-water version uses a high-temperature mechanical seal and reaches 130 °C and 150 m head for heating, boiler and hot/chilled-water circulation.

Materials

Cast iron casing, impeller and adaptor as standard; copper alloy, stainless steel and premium mechanical seals on request.

Frequently asked questions

Can the in-line pump be installed horizontally?

Yes, it can be installed vertically or horizontally in the pipeline.

What is the maximum temperature?

80 °C for the standard version and 130 °C for the hot-water version.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Flow rate, head or vacuum level, the liquid or gas and its temperature, required materials, motor voltage and frequency, and any standard or ATEX zone. A data sheet or the nameplate of an existing pump is ideal.
