A liquid ring compressor for large gas volumes at medium and low discharge pressure. With only one rotating part and reworked wet-end profiles for long life, it handles flammable and corrosive process gases with very little maintenance.
Axial suction and discharge, a single rotor and no internal metal contact mean high availability and low maintenance cost.
Wetted parts are available from standard carbon steel and cast iron to stainless steels, duplex, titanium and Hastelloy.
Rubber tail-gas compression, styrene, VAC, acetylene in BDO plants, ash-sluicing water treatment, solvent recovery, PSA units, benzol-ketone dewaxing, polyether, wax-oil hydrogenation, PTA vacuum filtration, methanol and glycol production.
