HHD drum heaters are insulated high temperature drum heating jackets with a high performance silicone coated heating element. HHD drum heating jackets are designed to fit 205 litre steel or plastic drums and have a power output of 1000W at 240V.

This range of drum heating jackets are ideal for melting or reducing the viscosity of soaps, fats, varnishes and oil based products that require high temperature for handling.

HHD drum heating jackets are fitted with an adjustable capillary thermostat (+0ºC to 90ºC or -5ºC to +40ºC on request), a 5 metre PVC insulated power cable and adjustable quick release buckles to secure the jacket to a container.
