Clamp-on Flow Meters

Micronics UF DS200 flow meters are part of a range of fixed clamp-on flow meters that offer a welcome alternative to cutting pipes as this flow meter enables low cost flow measurement from outside of metal or plastic pipes.

The flow meter is able to accurately monitor the flow rate of acids, caustics, lubrication fluids, chemicals, abrasives, waste water and sludge. There are no moving parts and no sensor maintenance is required. Also installation can be made while the flow system is in full operation – suitable for pump protection and activation of flow/no flow alarms.

Micronics UF DS200 flow meter monitors liquid flow from outside the pipe with DN 15-4500mm – the meter is insensitive to pressure, specific gravity and conductivity with clamp-on ultrasonic transducer.
