The efficient conveying action of the circular motion comes from a two-bearing vibratory system running at 1,000 to 2,200 rpm and producing up to 3.5 G. It can be inclined for screening dry materials or used horizontally for wet scalping of mixtures with a low percentage of oversize. The rotary motion also gives good classification by making dry solids tumble and roll.
