Abtech BPGA120 ATEX enclosures are certified for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas – the terminal enclosures commonly used as junction boxes are manufactured from GRP and available in a full range of depths and sizes.
The GRP carbon loaded glass reinforced polyester version of the enclosure (Abtech BPGC) helps to reduce the surface resistance of the material and consequently reduce the risk of spark from static build up – please quote Abtech BPGC120 when ordering.
Abtech BPGA120 electrical enclosures are suitable for hazardous areas.
Protection Degree IP66 or IP67.
Abtech BPG9 electrical enclosures, manufactured from GRP, are suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas according to the ATEX Directive.
