Product Overview
ASCO 384 solenoid valves are part of the ASCO Red Hat range of valves.
ASCO 384 solenoid valves are 3 way 3/2 pinch valves with a large opening for high flow and handling or particulate media.
Designed to control the flow of corrosive or high purity fluids in medical equipment, analytical instruments and industrial applications.
The ASCO 384 solenoid valves also feature electrical connections that can be kept separate from the fluid area via a built-in panel mount bracket.
Their is a built in manual operator for easy tubing change out and testing. In addition, the removable/rotatable coil provides easy service and installation.
ASCO 384 Solenoid Valves – Product Benefits
- ASCO 384 pinch valves control fluid flow by locating soft tubing in a mechanism that “pinches” the tubing to block flow and releases to allow flow.
- Zero dead volume prevents cross-contamination
Typical applications for the ASCO 384 solenoid valves include analytical and diagnostic equipment for use in within medical and life science industries.
ASCO SOLENOID VALVES – HAZARDOUS AREA LOCATIONS, safety & standards
ASCO solenoid valves (2-way, 3-way and 4-way type including NAMUR interfaces) control the critical flow of air, gas, water, oil and steam across all industries – hazardous area solenoid valves are available for Division and Zone classifications.
Class I, Division 2 and Zone 1/Zone 2 approved solenoid valves according to ATEX, IECEx, FM, CSA and UL are available. Flameproof and explosion-proof valves can be specified for potentially explosive atmospheres where there is a presence of flammable liquids, gases or vapours.
ASCO valves improve reliability and performance of safety systems according to IEC 61508, IEC 61511 and Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) – ASCO spool valves with SIL 4 capability are SAEL listed as assessed by Exida and TÜV.
