The WHI Series of industrial heating jackets are specifically designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and are used across pharmaceutical, chemical, and metal recycling industry applications. Custom-manufactured by Winkler with project-specific configurations, WHI jackets provide reliable and homogeneous heating to prevent cold spots and maintain process stability.

Each jacket is tailored to your specification to suit the volume and geometry of your equipment, ensuring optimal thermal performance and compliance with stringent safety standards.

• 50 litres glass flasks – Series WHI1X280 / WHI1X350 / WHI1X490
  Outer diameters: 280 mm / 350 mm / 490 mm – One heating zone

• 100 litre glass flasks – Series WHI1X610
  Outer diameter: 610 mm – Two heating zones

• 200 litre glass flasks – Series WHI1X750
  Outer diameter: 750 mm – Three heating zones

WHI heating jackets can be supplied as standard or bespoke designs to suit a wide variety of containers, pipes, and vessels, ensuring optimal thermal performance.
