Product Overview

Technor AQ-AR ALU High Thickness is a hazardous area junction box whichoffers Ex-e IIC mode of protection and is suitable for use in hazardous areas and chemical agents environments, sea water corrosion resistance and extreme low and high temperatures.

Technor AQ-AR ALU High Thickness are classified to international hazardous area classifications with ATEX certification, with ingress protection IP65 and an operational ambient temperature range of -50°C to +60°C.

AQ-AR ALU High Thickness junction boxes are used to house Ex e and Ex i terminals and the maximum number of terminals change on the base of the terminals section, enclosure operating temperature and the required temperature class.

The EFE prefix is used for Ex de push button station execution and enclosure can be equipped with:

• Standard and emergency push buttons;
• Selector switches;
• Pilot lights;
• Measurement instruments;
• Electric and electronic equipment Ex de certified.
