MEDC XB13 | Hazardous Area Beacon | ATEX Beacons Zone 1 & Zone 2 Beacons 10 Joule
MEDC XB13 are listed beacons designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and harsh environmental conditions.
MEDC SM87LED are ATEX beacons that have been designed for use in potentially Explosive Atmospheres and harsh environmental conditions, in ATEX & IECEx Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.
MEDC SM87LED are ATEX beacons that have been designed for use in potentially Explosive Atmospheres and harsh environmental conditions, in ATEX & IECEx Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.
The stainless steel or marine grade alloy enclosures, of the Hazardous Area Beacons, are suitable for use offshore or onshore, where lightweight combined with corrosion resistance and strength is required.
The ATEX beacons, part of the Beacons and Sounders range, can be painted to customer specification and fitted with identification labels. An LED version is available, offering extended lifetimes, and a high temperature version of the hazardous area beacons are also available on request.
Stainless steel, one of the most durable materials available on the market, is both hard wearing and corrosion resistant, increasing the life of products in harsh environments and therefore reducing maintenance costs.
Contact our team for customer service, competitive quotations and availability from stock for the MEDC range of sounders, including MEDC SM87LED, for safe use in hazardous areas with explosive atmospheres.
The MEDC SM87LED hazardous area beacon is available in a choice of variants including a high temperature version.
The MEDC range of sounders and beacons from the Crouse Hinds series of Signalling & Alarms – a comprehensive range of Explosion Proof call points are also available with ATEX & IECEx certification and explosion protection to both Ex d (flameproof) and Ex ia (Intrinsically Safe) applications.
