Product Overview
The Eclipse high-intensity rotating grate separator is designed specifically for difficult products that tend to bridge or clog. The unit consists of a centrally mounted magnetic rotor carrying many easy-clean magnetic tubes around it; the number of tubes depends on the inlet and outlet sizes. The rotor turns, gently agitating the product being processed, which prevents blockages. All dry or semi-dry powders and granules, such as starch, can be processed. The rotating grate can be supplied to the strictest standards, such as those of the pharmaceutical industry. A lockable guard ensures that only authorised personnel can access the unit.
