Eclipse housed high-intensity easy-clean magnetic grates provide an unmatched level of contaminant removal. They are so effective that they remove ferrous and paramagnetic contaminants below one micron, even in the most demanding processing environments.
The unit has one high-intensity easy-clean magnetic grate, secured in the housing with tri-lobe locking nuts that ensure equal pressure around the food-grade seal.
Several units are often installed throughout a process plant to remove contaminants at source.
All powders and dry granular materials can be processed through the unit. Electrical safety sensors can be built into the grate to stop the process if the unit is opened accidentally.
