The Wolf M-85 Midi torches are ideal for inspection and maintenance work thanks to their a smooth, easy grip, ergonomic enclosure and a high output LED light source delivering a narrow high intensity beam and a lower output wide angle fringe light.

Wolf M-85 Midi torches have an IP67 rated enclosure which has excellent chemical resistant properties and a proven impact resistance, even at sub zero temperatures. The rubber armoured lens ring gives enhanced grip and shock protection with a shatterproof polycarbonate lens providing excellent resistance to impact damage and the straight body configuration has an anti-roll foot allowing it to be placed securely on its base or side.

The single-handed push button switch with rubberised switch cover and raised surface enable easy switching, even with gloved hands, and shrouded to avoid inadvertent operation.

ATEX Torches For Hazardous Areas

Wolf M-85 Midi torches provides reliable and versatile hazardous area lighting according to both ATEX Directive and IECEx standards – the torch utilises LED technology as a light source and are used for safe lighting in hazardous area Zones 1 and Zones 2 (potentially explosive gas) and Zones 21 and Zones 22 dust atmospheres (IIIA & IIIB Groups) with T4 temperature classification. Zone 0 and 20 version torches are available.

The Wolf Midi range are torches manufactured by Wolf Safety Lamp to provide lighting in Zone 1, Zone 0, Zone 21 or Zone 20 hazardous areas – the LED torches are for use in potentially explosive atmospheres according to the ATEX Directive.
