Offering a measuring range of -40°C up to +300°C, the Eltherm Heat Trace Thermostat is available in two variants, Ex-Box REG/LED and Ex-Box REG/DIS, Hazardous Areas Digital Temperature Controllers designed with an LED display or standard display. Compliant with the latest Ex protection directives, the Eltherm Heat Trace Thermostats are developed especially for temperature maintenance of heat trace systems used in hazardous areas, such as power plants, oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical plants, the plastic industry or wastewater treatment plants.

Eltherm’s Digital Temperature Controllers are energy efficient (saving up to 75%), increase safety, reduce maintenance effort, prevent down-times and ensure temperature stability.

Eltherm Ex-Control Controller Pad For Ex-Box REG/LED

Eltherm‘s intrinsically safe hand-held controller pad is designed as an additional safety accessory, for use with the LED Ex-Box Heat Trace Thermostats and Limiters range in hazardous areas/explosive atmospheres. The Ex-Control Hand-Held Controller Pad acts as a safer solution to parametrise and query parameters of the REG/LED and LIM/LED Ex-Box devices (not compatible with the Ex-Box REG/DIS Heat Trace Thermostat).

The Eltherm Ex-Control detects the connected device and automatically activates the corresponding software. Ex-Control doesn’t include its own power supply, which is supplied by the connected devices.
