VEGA VEGABAR 14 process pressure measurement transmitter with ceramic measuring cell can be used to measure gases, vapours and liquids.

VEGABAR 14 pressure transmitter is small in size but still able to offer the highest reliability and operational safety.

VEGABAR 14 is an economical pressure measurement solution for a wide range of applications in all industries due to the following features:

• Low maintenance costs due to wear-free ceramic measuring cell
• High plant availability through maximum overload and vacuum resistance of the ceramic measuring cell

VEGABAR 14 Hazardous Area Certifications

VEGABAR 14 process pressure measurement transmitter is available with hazardous area certifications to meet ATEX directives for Zone 1 and Zone 2 installations.

VEGA process pressure measurement transmitters are suitable for use in hazardous areas and their instruments also have various ship approvals e.g according to GL, LRS or ABS.

Measuring Cell Technology

The main part of the pressure transmitter is the ceramic measuring cell that cleverly transforms the pressure into an electrical signal.

The pressure dependent signal is changed by the integrated electronics into a standard signal output. The sensor element is the ceramic CERTEC® measuring cell with excellent long-term stability and high overload resistance.

Material Transmitter

316L, Duplex, PVDF or sapphire-ceramic®. The process seal is available in FKM, EPDM and FFKM.

Housing Versions

Plug connector according to ISO 4400. Available with IP 67 rating
