The double suction split case pump is the workhorse of water plants, power stations and large cooling circuits. Designed with CFD, it delivers high efficiency with low pulsation and low noise, from 66 m³/h up to 25,000 m³/h, and its horizontally split casing gives full access to the rotor for maintenance.
The double-flow impeller is symmetrical, with staggered vanes that reduce pulsation and cancel axial thrust. Replaceable wear rings keep efficiency high over the years. The efficiency meets the energy-saving evaluation values for clean-water centrifugal pumps, and the pump carries CE marking for the European market.
The shaft extends at both ends, so the motor can be placed on either side of the pump to suit your plant layout. Packing or single mechanical seals are available, the impeller is balanced to G2.5, and a diaphragm coupling absorbs misalignment.
With SEBF ceramic-polymer coating or duplex stainless steel 1.4460, the pump handles seawater and mildly corrosive water for desalination intake and cooling-water systems.
