A compact horizontal multistage pump for clean water and liquids with traces of impurities, delivering up to 360 m head. Ten sizes, each with two to ten stages and alternative impeller diameters, let us match the duty point closely and avoid wasted power.
Axial thrust is controlled by a combination of balance holes with double wear rings, a labyrinth throttle bush and a pressure-relief line; the residual thrust is carried by angular-contact ball bearings. On the smaller sizes the suction branch can be rotated to suit the installation.
Four material groups are available: all cast iron, cast iron with bronze impellers, cast iron with stainless steel impellers, and all stainless steel (316) with a 1.4462 duplex shaft – suitable for slightly aggressive water.
Boiler feed in small and medium plants, pressure boosting for buildings and industrial networks, cooling and circulation loops, high-pressure water stations, fire-fighting and refinery utilities.
Each of the ten sizes can be built with two to ten stages.
Standard execution up to 80 °C.
Flow rate, head or vacuum level, the liquid or gas and its temperature, required materials, motor voltage and frequency, and any standard or ATEX zone. A data sheet or the nameplate of an existing pump is ideal.
