Product Overview

For processes that run permanently at high vacuum, a two-stage liquid ring pump delivers more stable capacity than a single-stage pump. The first stage pumps the gas, the second compresses it to atmosphere – which keeps performance high between 33 and 150 mbar and avoids cavitation.

Built for power plants

This pump is the upgrade path for older condenser vacuum packages in power stations: higher efficiency at the operating point, lower noise and lower long-term operating cost.

Easy to inspect and maintain

Front and rear impellers and pump bodies are separate, and observation ports in both side covers let you check the condition of the main parts without dismantling the pump. Replacement parts are inexpensive.

Robust design

A rigid structure suits harsh industrial environments; the new hydraulic model gives stable pumping with very low noise at high vacuum.

Frequently asked questions

When should I choose a two-stage pump?

When the process runs continuously below about 150 mbar absolute, where a single-stage pump loses capacity and risks cavitation.

Can it replace my existing condenser vacuum pump?

Yes, it is designed as an energy-saving retrofit for older power-plant vacuum units. Send us the existing data.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Flow rate, head or vacuum level, the liquid or gas and its temperature, required materials, motor voltage and frequency, and any standard or ATEX zone. A data sheet or the nameplate of an existing pump is ideal.
