This large-format vertical bagging machine packs big bags and bundles. It is often placed after a smaller bagging machine to collect several small bags into one large outer bag – for example ice cube bags, sweets or crisps multipacks – and it also packs bulk products directly.
With a bag width of up to 450 mm, the machine forms strong outer bags for multipacks and catering sizes. Typical uses are bags of ice, bundles of small snack bags, charcoal, wood pellets and frozen food catering packs.
The frame is built for heavier loads and the sealing system is dimensioned for thick films. It can be fed by a conveyor with counted small bags or by a weigher for bulk products.
