This compact vertical form fill seal machine is built for speed: up to 120 pillow bags per minute for small and medium bags of snacks, sweets, nuts, frozen food and granules. A continuous vertical sealer and servo-driven film transport keep the film moving smoothly, so the machine reaches high outputs without stressing the film.
The longitudinal seal is made by a continuous vertical sealer instead of an intermittent jaw, which removes one of the main speed limits of conventional VFFS machines. Servo motors drive the film pull belts and the horizontal jaws, and recipes store the bag length, temperatures and timings for each product.
An OMRON PLC with colour touch screen controls the machine, with Ethernet and WiFi connection for remote assistance. A SCADA system for production data is available as an option. The IP65 design allows wash-down cleaning in food plants.
The machine is normally fed by a multihead weigher on a stainless steel platform, with a bucket elevator at the infeed and a metal detector conveyor at the outfeed.

Bag widths from 40 to 300 mm and lengths from 50 to 400 mm, with film reels up to 640 mm wide.
