The twin vertical packaging machine combines two complete, independent bagging lines in one frame. Each line has its own reel, former and jaws, so you can run two different products or bag sizes at the same time – or the same product for double output.
Each line can be stopped, changed over or cleaned while the other keeps running. This is ideal for producers with many small batches, such as spices, seeds, sweets and dried fruit.
The smaller version makes narrow portion and sample bags; the larger version handles wider retail packs. Each line can be fed by its own cup doser, screw doser or a twin multihead weigher.
The twin machine has two fully independent lines with separate reels and dosers. The dual-tube machine shares one reel and one doser between two tubes for maximum speed on one product.
The product and its bulk density, the bag type and size, the fill weight, the required bags per minute, the film type and the space available. A photo of the bag you want is very helpful.
