The BFW Novell V+ is a travelling-column vertical machining centre with an integrated rotary pallet changer. While one pallet is being machined, the operator loads the next part outside the cutting zone, so the spindle keeps cutting and idle time between parts almost disappears.
A rigid cast-iron structure, moving column, fast rapids and a short chip-to-chip time make the Novell V+ a strong choice for repeat parts. The 800 × 500 mm pallets carry up to 350 kg, with 650 / 510 / 510 mm travels.
The cutting zone is completely isolated from the machine elements and the operator, and stainless-steel lamella covers protect the X axis. The machine is compact and delivered as a single lift, which makes installation and relocation simple.
Choose a 6000 or 8000 rpm BT40 spindle (7.5 / 11 kW) or upgrade to 10,000 rpm and 11 / 15 kW, with HSK A63 as an alternative. Options include coolant through the spindle at 16, 25 or 40 bar, linear scales, spindle and table probes, a servo pallet changer, a 4th axis rotary table and an automatic door.

You can load and unload one pallet while the machine works on the other. This removes most of the setup time from the cycle and raises spindle utilisation.
Each pallet is 800 × 500 mm with a load capacity of 350 kg. Travels are 650 / 510 / 510 mm on X / Y / Z.
